Setting goals in life starts with a vision, a vision that is structured and designed based on your narrative of success. The narrative is impacted by your direction, a direction that in the earlier stage of your life, you had no control over. You were once told what to do to become successful and which institution to attend that would yield your success. This of course is not the vision I am referring to, as it would not represent YOUR goal.
As you get older, and more aware, you become master of your direction, thus applying your skill set and paving your path. At this juncture, your goals are realized which now enable you to create YOUR vision. This vision can be strengthened or weakened, depending on your approach. Without the correct approach, all you will have is a psuedo vision, a vision that just sits there watching you wither away. Once you apply yourself wholeheartedly, your goals will be aligned with your vision and you will be on your path to success.
Success is easier read than done as it requires hard work and dedication. You must understand that dedication is the main ingredient in all that you do if you want to become successful. Unfortunately, not many of us understand this fact. Your actions repeatedly, despite the negative influence of your environment, is the dedication you need to have, there is no other way. Do you have the will to succeed?
- To be successful requires hard work and dedication but, before these two requirements, there must be a vision.
- Have a vision of what you desire and how you are going to implement the key factors that will enable your success.
- Be true to your vision and never lose hope as you traverse the phases towards becoming successful.
- Be smart, be driven be inspired, after all this is The will to Succeed.
